So.. I guess it wasn't meant to be for some people. 10 months after my first post here - no progress. Actually, steps back were taken. Wife seems to not be very sexual. Turned out she kept me locked only because she liked how I change when being denied, but she did not like having the power. And she realised when I wasn't locked I wasn't horny enough to ask her to cuckold me. And since she doesn't want to do it and doesn't want me to ask her to do it - she decided to not keep me locked anymore.

I don't know how to convince your partner, but directly speaking with her did not work out very well for me. Admittedly - I don't think any other approach would have worked.
