My bet is that you are not getting quality sleep. Why would that be important to penis size? With quality sleep, you penis undergoes up to five prolonged erections, each of which can last up to an hour long. This adds up a to huge amount of time for your penis. In contrast, poor sleep, few or weak or no erections. If you look into the medical literature, you'll see that one of the symptoms of no nocturnal erections is penis shrinkage. How do you get quality sleep? Get a sleep divorce from your wife. In other words, sleep in separate bedrooms (do not wear tight clothing at night, with no bottoms being the best, as you want your penis to get fully hard and stay hard for long as possible). Take vitamin B-complex pills in the morning and melatonin at night, with a spare 3mg tablet near your bed, should you wake in the middle of the night. If you wake to ******** often, see your doctor and see about getting a script for Cialis. I have done all of the above, save for the Cialis, and I have regained 0.75 inches in length in six months, going from 6.5" to 7.25," which was my previous length. My wife has noticed. (Btw, make sure that you first agree on a fixed sex schedule before you move into another bedroom.)
I remember being told long ago to rub heated (warming) sex lube on my penis before sleeping, as it would cause more blood to flow into my penis, causing eventual penis enlargement. At the time, I thought the idea risible. Not today. Btw, a friend went to a urologist and received sonic-shockwave treatment for ED, with great results, including a larger penis, both soft and hard. The sonic-shockwave treatment breaks up the fat deposits that clog the tiny veins, allowing more blood to flow. Shop around for the best price, as the treatment vary wildly in cost.
