With your situatuion you two could have a special day each week to see each other but for the nosey neighbors I would not make it the same day every week. If they see you always go out on say Wednesday and come home late they could start talking and you don't wan that in the neighborhood. Of course there are other things you can do between times like start to wear mor skirts
