I got to know they spend 45 min reviewing all houses last night over phone. He will pick her at 1 pm from her hotel

Sent her a text this morning “good morning babe, thanks for doing this for me. I am sure it will be worth it” and then 30s later “we can’t afford to lose even a single day in this crazy market”
