My wife and I are trying to upload photos to an album on our profile but it says it needs to wait to be approved. Problem is that nothing is getting approved and we can’t see where our photos are in the process. What gives?

Same problem here. New here but also on other websites using the same platform. Never any issues on the other websites. We want to upload pics to media. Uploaded a couple of pics and could see they were in process for a while and then overnight they disappeared without explanation. No problem uploading the same pics to the forums. Thought maybe it might be because we haven't verified yet but nothing in the limited rules or on the site forums to provide any guidance. We are real couple into this for many years with real pics and video. Considering leaving the site given its limitations and lack of info. Giving it a few more days. Appears fairly poorly designed and managed is our first reaction. Do they not understand that folks who upload real pics and videos and post to the site are what keep it going?

They don’t approve a whole bunch of posts. I think it has something to do maybe with the file size or the size of the image or the nature of the image, but they never tell you why it’s not approved or even that it wasn’t approved. They just don’t post it live on the site and expect you to figure it out.
I have seen post approvals take as long as 24 hours. Everything is moderated.
I have never had a problem as long as I am not uploading in the wrong area, but I am verified.
Tributes can’t be loaded to your media files, they will typically be deleted. Tributes are supposed to stay in the tribute section:
