Could someone enlighten me on methods of detecting fake photos online (besides using google images)?

download the image , open it in a graphics program like mspaint or kolorpaint, increase the size of the image using the resizing tool and look for inconsistancies in color, shade and tone where the face meets the body. Some poorly done fakes also have differences in perspective IE the face is at a diffirent angle than the body also they have diffirences in porportion IE face too big or tow small for body
