Can I block someone from viewing my profile?

Go to your account, click on preferences, privacy and there's a drop down menu for who can access various content. I don't think you can specifically block one account but you can creatively do that by altering your "permissions" perhaps. You can limit views to "people you follow" and that should help. Nobody can view it unless you "follow" them..
