Not exactly but it could be adapted to anything you want. I made a game with Jenga blocks that was basically regular Jenga except each block had a number on it. The number corresponded to a number on a list. So if you pulled a block and it had the number 10 on it it, number 10 on the list might say "remove a piece of clothing. if already naked do.............." The game could be played with just a couple or another couple (or more) by using a different list. If the Jenga tower comes down you have a penalty of some kind (be creative). You can mix drinking into the game too.
So just make sure you have a number on your list that matches the numbers on the blocks. Make the list as daring as you want. So you could tie "tell a sexual fantasy" in. OR Set up a fantasy about you watching her with another man. She has to read it and then tell you how it would feel. I think you get the idea. It allows experimentation and exploration with the list telling you what to do. It was a blast but if you play with another couple make sure that you don't end up female oriented tasks on the list that a man might get. Just have it say "if you are a woman do.................... If you area man do ............?
