If the story itself is true, you can be sure that they would have told others, also sworn to secrecy of course. But there's also the difficulty in finding six guys in one workplace, subordinates no less, who would not be weirded out by it, worried about repercussions etc. To find six, you'd have to approach dozens, who would have no incentive to keep mum, and in fact would be hard-pressed not to talk to others about it, if only to ask what they should do. If six agreed to it, three might actually show up. And to a swinger's club?

This sound made up, unbelievable. Usually this type of thing is held close to the chest and out of the public. Only a select few would know so where did you find 6 guys willing to fuck their manager then keep their mouth shut at work.
