I'd say it's not going to be easy to find a group of guys. Much better to get out there playing with one guy at a time, makes some contacts, see if any of the guys you plays with have friends who might be interested in joining in.
That way you can put your own group together but it's not easy as you always get a few guys who are all talk and drop out at the last minute or just don't show. But persevere.
On the plus side, you are very cute and lots of guys will love a chance of fucking you .
