Medical appointments

I'm going to share, from the perspective of a physician, the fallacies of most of the medical/gyno fantasies. In context, I was formerly a practicing OB/GYN, now in the medical research field as opposed to direct patient care.

Medical malpractice (a broad risk area) is a big deal. While there are some physicians that go off the rails and engage in inappropriate behaviors with patients, it is relatively rare. There are many, many inbuilt protocols for patient interaction, for example when a nurse or patient care aide is present during disrobing/gowning, the examination or procedure itself, etc.

Overall, because of licensing, the credential process, etc., most licensed/regulated professionals, including physicians, dentists, physical therapists, massage therapists, etc., all are very careful not to cross the line where they might suffer loss of license, penalty, legal issues.

So while this makes for interesting fantasy, in reality, it would be very, very rare.
Yep, as a retired medical pro, that loss of licensure or simply being sued for a misunderstanding is a HUGE wall between reality and fantasy. I have NEVER allowed a situation to occur even when directly approached, I ALWAYS have a female Nurse or Tech in the room with us.

That said, my wife did have a fun and sexy situation with her OB/GYN that could have been considered "sexual", but was guised as "fertility treatments" to determine why she was not getting pregnant........she enjoyed it anyway!! Long story.

And her first extramarital affair was with someone she met at work who did medical exams for insurance purposes (that's how they met, she had to have an exam for her insurance as an exec of the company), and they had some REALLY sexciting "medical fetish" experiences together that she is still interested in today, years later. Not really my cup of tea, but I do my best to assist in her desires.
