Difficult one to bring to an attorneys attention isn't it, LOL. No idea whether there would be any implied or legal contract that would allow him to produce and distribute the video, but I darn sure think its a bit odd that he would insist. Have you googled him, etc? Maybe he's a cop looking to make a career for hinmself busting people having fun he can't get involved in?? Very odd for sure, although J likes being paid for sex!! LOL CW
If she doesn't want video of her splashed across the internet, then just say NO. She's not into it for money, as you've clearly stated, so the only way the 3rd party outside the marriage should get any video or copies are after you pixelate her face and any identifiable tats or features.
