I have a very average 7" penis and when I used to have sex, I had no complaints.

I think a “p-spot” orgasm is through the prostate. If you mean an orgasm from the spot around the cervix opening, I think they’re called c-spot….

You may be right. I thought I'd heard this term used, but I stand corrected!
