My wife and I were out to meet a person she occasionally sees at a happy hour out one night. I was sitting next to my wife as we were enjoying our drinks, chips, and salsa at a booth. Then, when our mutual friend showed up my wife did what she always would do, moved to the other side of the table and become very handsy and affectionate with her lover. The strange thing about this night, however, was that people did notice this taking place. After my wife left with this gentleman, I was still there to pick up the check. As I was waiting to cash out, I had another couple ask if they could join me at my booth and talk to me about what they witnessed. They were asking me if my wife was involved with this other guy, which I confirmed. While they had a hard time understanding why we would be this kind of a couple, they were genuinely interested in learning about our lifestyle, which I was only to happy to share with them and answer all their questions. In the end, they thought I was some kind of brave person for supporting her in this lifestyle. But, I don't think it is something they will do themselves based on the vibe they gave off. However, I could be wrong. In the end, they were respectful, non judgmental, and we had a delightful conversation.
