Travel Recommendations in Europa

I am thinking about do a short weekend trip, maybe this or the next month, from Barcelona. I don’t know where I would go, do yo have any suggestions?

I’m a young man, I'm just looking to clear my head a little from so much work. I'm looking for a good climate, nice people, something small to be able to know as many as I can, and not so expensive. If I can make some friendships, much better. Any recommendations? I will appreciate it.

Not expensive and good is Czech or poland. But depends of what u looking for. Im from switzerland but switzerland is heavy expensive.
