Trying to download videos of my wife - Tech help needed

Does anyone know how to successfully download video clips onto this site ? Pics go on fine .. but videos .. no . I have asked Admin and they were unable to help 😢.. could anyone help me ?

The files tend to fairly low res and no longer than 10- 15 seconds .. so only about 25 mb ..

The clips are just saved on my phone .. I recorded them on my phone .. it will give me no details .. do I need to ‘ convert ‘ them into a particular type of file ??
