I have had limited interactions while "at work" due to the obvious liability. There was an exception that I made because I just couldn't help myself..lol. I was an intern with group practice. Since I was new i got all the ...... assignments no one wanted. I was the on call for a nursing facility and got a call a little after midnight about a particular resident. It wasn't really an emergent situation but I decided to visit the facility in person because I had become friendly with a few of the nurses and the aides and I was feeling frisky..lol. When I arrived I went to the patients room with the nurse. By this time it was around 2am and the facility was a ghost town. Minimal staff, doors locked, most people ....... Well the patient "visit" lasted a few minutes. The nurse was coming on strong and I was flirting heavy. She suggested we go into the vacant room next door. I didn't need a second invite..hahaha. We went in there and closed the door and I went to town with her for a good 30 minutes. She got my load and fortunately there was a bathroom to clean up in. We came out and no one knew the difference. I went home happy!

The opportunity is ripe. No visiting hours and depending on the workplace it can be pretty quiet because usually nothing is happening overnight. Co workers or other employees can slip away for their "lunch break" and meet up in a quiet spot (or even a vehicle in the parking lot) for some play time. So if she happened to call for a tray of food for one of her patients and "Joe blow" delivered it and she happened to engage in a little conversation and suggest they meet "for lunch" at 1230am anything can happen! 😉
