It's very difficult. I am a muslim cuck in the past and it is very difficult to find women in liberal societies open to cuckolding . I was in Riyadh a few months ago. I cannot imagine how cuckolding or any kind of non traditional sexual activity would work out there. It would have to be very underground. My personal view based on some of the women I met, there are definitely sexual tensions. I saw women expresses them in heels, jewellery, language etc... but never saw anything open.
