The co-workers rule is something I’ve been pushing back on a little because when I think about potential partners a guy I know through work is someone I would totally want to consider

The no pictures, for now, is just being wary of it getting out somehow given our involvement in the community. But we have discussed that that rule may be unnecessary at some point

I need a connection to fully give myself to a man, I am just not wired to simply ...... with a man and drop it completely so I know I am susceptible to developing feelings and my husband understands that and wants to leave some room there for my personality

This is actually a good idea. No co workers and no friends.
Don't sh*t where you eat.
There are plenty of men in the world. Keep this and you work/social life separate. Some people can make that work, many cannot

I am 38, my husband was in an accident several years ago that left him paralyzed below the neck. Over the past year or so he has been telling he would support me being with other men with certain ground rules. Looking to learn more about this and determine if this is right for me, for us

First off, sorry that this has happened to him and you as well. Its awesome that he has opened up and put this on the tabl for you. While you are obviously a wonderful person/wife for staying with him. But you do still have needs/desires as well. We have similar rules, or expectations. Open and honest communication is very important for this lifestyle to work, especially since there is a natural evolution that comes with different experiences. My wife and I both love the lifestyle and honestly it has made us even closer and more in love with each other than we already were. It’s definitely worth exploring, but take your time and move at a pace that is comfortable for both of you.
