Of course you have to do it. My wife cheated on me both before and after the wedding. We started our cuck life after I said that I knew everything and after leaving her. We got back together after a few months and from there it all began.

To the original poster I'd say it all depends. If you enjoy the status quo don't do anything. In our case we established early on that cheating was out of bounds but she also had a hall pass. Some people need secrets to get excited, some people have partners that can't handle the truth (that we want to fuck other people. I think lots of people make it work lots of different ways. I woud not want to be cheated on. I've always tried to give my spouse enough grace that she would never need too. That said if it happened I think I'd be more forgiving than vice versa but I think that the way more woman than men are wired. Yes, have an honest discussion with her. Don't confront her as that seems like you are angry or accusing her of something wrong. Calmly tell her what you know and what you desire. Suggest that you be part of her affairs with other men and assure her that you want to share her.
