I guess it depends what you are trying to achieve. I have a few cock rings and a cock tie. They are fun to use now and then. I find they can allow you to keep a super hard erection. Also the ones that go around the balls as well will prevent you from cumming as easily. I can last a really long time without them but I can last even longer with them on. I suppose if you have PE issues it would likely help that. Just be careful not to keep them on too long as I think that’s not good for you! Start with a tie rather than a ring because you can control how tight it is.
