But, I don't think it's entirely true that no one sane would do this. I think that there are those, in very stable relationships that are in positions that could see this working. Is it rare, absolutely! I did write about this and said, it isn't a joke and it isn't something to be taken lightly. There are genetic concerns if the baby does have any issues of not being able to determine medical family history. There are issues if the baby were go be mixed race if you aren't willing to explain things. I mean, like you say, having a ...... and raising it is no joke. But if the relationship wants it and it's discussed and agreed, I don't think it make a person "in"Sane to want to do this. That's just my own opinion.
