Hi all! 👋
I'm only 28 yo but already noticed that my erection is not the same as in 18.
Back when I was 18, my dick could got instantly hard by only a one hot thought, and was rock hard for a prolonged time.
These days I fortunately don't have a problems with erection, but I noticed that I need more time and preparation to got hard, and I should work on it to keep it hard for some time.
A question for older mans, is decreasing of erection is something that inevitably happens? How is your erection in older years?
Also, is there something to do with this? Some exercises? Special diet?

I was having an issue a few years ago in my mid 40s. Used pills and everything was fine. My issue was my weight and alcohol use was pretty high. Lost weight and cut out the booze and don’t need pills anymore. Probably not as hard as my younger days but I haven’t had any complaints!

No special diet. When i was just 18 (my 1st time and with her dad sitting right next to the bed no les) she sat on me taking it slow due to my size. I’m 70 and yes, sadly I can’t get stiff without the blue pills. Even more frustrating is that my ability to orgasm has also decreased markedly over the last 12 months. Used to be able to come at least 4 or 5 times a week, now I struggle to come more than twice! Yes, I found as I aged I wasn't getting as hard, or it took more 'preperation' to get hard. I never tried ererction meds. What changed it for me was when my wife agreed to become a HotWife. I get very hard erections now when we have sex (which is more regularly) and when I masturbate (also more frequently) I find that my ejaculation is much stronger. I wouldn't say it happens all the time, but maybe 40-50% of the time i shoot my load a foot or more, whereas before it was always only a few inches 💦💦

Yes. Age does take its toll. But the Viagra and Cialis do help. But it cannot help for what you never had.
