i went to any desk put and log in with the number for the user name and the pass word and the reply was wrong user name or pass word

I don't know what the problem is. There have been plenty of people in and out all day.

I've had no luck either, keeps telling me either the password is wrong or the account number is not right. Tried it switching the name for the password & vice-versa also tried it with my Mac & my PC no luck.

That is weird. Use a desktop or laptop, not a phone, and it works better. You might get that message when it's closed, but it is open now, if you want to try again.
