I will say take it slow and easy. Dont push ir it will back fire for sure. First you must check if she has this fantasy. Look how she stares at other men, does she talk casually about other men neighbors, workmates..etc. does she welcomes men hitting on her even when you are around? Does she pays extra attention about her dress makeup or behaviour when someone particular is around? Do you both feel sex life becomes dull and needs some spice? Now when the answer is positive now you can approach carefuly say im lucky to have such a lady that all other men want. When you are out preferably she is wearing revealing dress say look that man is staring at you. Now watch her reaction if she is happy and ok then you made your first step. If its negative then stop dont push more and try sometime later. If she is ok then shower her with compliments and stress on how men wants her. Slowly and myabe right away she will gets it if she comes and says "do you want me to ...... with others" dont just say yes tell her what do you think about it? Again your action depends on her reaction positive then go further negative then its important to stop. This will be back and forth, will take some time till she mentally be ready. Now her first time to be with another one it should be super comfortable and with someone you trust so she can enjoy it fully. You might face setbacks and you have to deal with it. But it take few times and the highway will be open wide. Its a real blast and it will take your life to another level. The most important thing is that you both are convinced and you want this style of life, then you will enjoy it. If she is slutty by nature then it will spare you lots of time.
