My 45 yo wife has no sex with me (only once a year these past 4 years after giving birth)
1- do other couples have same experience?
2- does it mean she has no need or ?
3- the situation tends to makes me into cuckolding (fantasy)

Are you having sex e!sewhere? If not, why assume she is, if yes, maybe she has an idea you are and doesn't want to have sex signs dishonest husband. Says nothing for the same of the child. She may also have post natal depression to some degree.
