Do they make one of these with sharp needles to “comfort “ the wearer if he should become excited. The little drops of blood coupled with the sissy tears is so telling and proper

Curious as to what other guys wear I like a heavy steel cage and ring and as small as I can bear here’s my new one to get things going

This one is all metal, two piece and fairly comfortable. My wife uses it for a week at a time.
