How do you decide when you'll get together with him? We all have lives and can't just drop everything to hook up.

Do you as a couple say something like....we aren't doing anything tomorrow, let's call him.
Do you as a couple talk about the fun you've had with him or what you're hoping to happen this time?
After he leaves...or the next day do you talk about it ?
For us wife or I know our secluded and if we're free on Friday (we always do this on a Friday, but not every Friday). One of us will say do you want to have him over? Answer is usually yes. Sometimes he texts us and we respond yes or no. It doesn't always line up. When we do confirm its always a day or two before and we look forward to it. We don't talk about it much but we both know it will be fun.
While he's with us there's a lot of relaxing naked and a lot of sex for sure. Its a fun time for all of us.
After he leaves we always get back in bed and fuck slow while we kiss before we go to ....... She never says anything like how much she likes the sex with him (its obvious as hell she likes it), she's never said anything like... that was soo good last night. We just go about our daily activities.
It started out with them having sex then he'd leave right after, I only watched, very short visits. We progressed to us taking turns with her. We both do her twice with lots of kissing and oral mixed in then they go one more downstairs without me befor he leaves. It takes away the very awkwardness for me of saying anything to him.
