Yes, you still have to get an erection by yourself. It only helps to keep from going soft during penetration. The other day, my wife did something that gave me an eraection and precum with no pills. But, as I say, the pill helps to keep it going.

I used speed,pep pills and it made my cock stay hard for hours without cumming. That's why so many people use coke I think. The only problem is getting hooked on it. If you do it regular for a while it's a bitch coming down. I've used both Viagra and Cialis. I experimented with Viagra while I was in my late 20's, only to achieve consecutive erections. I was wearing women out...lol I am now 64 yrs old, and use Cialis 5mg. Not because I can't get hard, but to make sure I stay hard, for the duration. The women were around my age, with the Viagra. When I was 42, I had a 24 year old girlfriend.
