I’m fairly certain my wife has a crush on a guy and we talk on messenger occasionally. How do I break the ice and see if he likes her? Thinking of sending him a pic or two of her “on accident”

If what you want is to show him pics, by all means do so. If you want them to "hook up" then have that conversation with him. Don't tell him that she has a crush on him, just tell him that you think she would be receptive if he made a move. You might share with him the things that really get her going or some other helpful tips to seduce her. Tell him that she has free rein to do whatever she likes and see what he says.
He already knows what she looks like and if he's into her, has imagined her intimately. I don't think pics would neccessarily be warranted other than to "break the ice".If that's what your looking to do.
