Looks like they are pretending to offer refunds now. Stating since the goal to rebuild the chat was not met, they are issuing refunds. They give instructions on how to get your refund if you donated.

I would be surprised if anyone gets any $$$ back...probably just for show. No reason that chat could not have been rebuilt and/or repaired...even for the $4K they raised.

Sad thing is, the site could have made (some may say milked/frauded) their $$$ goal had they just kept posting updates and encouragement. It is the fact the owner dropped off the face of the earth and would not respond to any inquiries or give any updates for weeks/months that turned everyone off and made folks skeptical to contribute. The site is still there, but their have, interestingly, been no updates now for 3 months. They wanted 10k to get the chat back up, they received almost 4k before that link disappeared about a month ago at least. So, those who donated, not sure what will happen to their donations, but I do not think the chat site is coming back. It has been down for over 3 months. And no update since April. Kinda sad to see it gone. Kinda also interesting they wanted bitcoin and now everything is gone from the donation site, but no updates and nothing has changed. I hope I am wrong that it will be back, but at this point I have sort of lost hope.

what they had took a lot of effort to write, and even more to maintain, cost of servers and technology in general. Plus someones time. whovere the consultant was. monies have to be invested in SEO work, back up, hosting, ongoing updates in the sites keywords and however they advertise will also cost money, whether they pay google or the porn sites.
Unles they were getting paid somehow through advertising, consulting fees for men who would hire the consultant to covert a wife. to hotwife and whate er other services he provided, it can go out of business very quickly because it has to be a sustainable otherwise, sayonara.
