Got her to agree to letting me watch someone fuck her. I was able to choose the guy. We picked a night and it was all arranged she was nervous but excited. And the guy never turned up. No explanation. Havent heard from him since. Shes now rethinking the whole idea.
That is so common, guys flake or just are playing you. Pick a new guy you trust ir someone you know, tell her it is no reflection on her that the guy didn’t show.

Suggest a holiday? That's less risk for "1st time" and find someone on holiday. There's a few swing sites. If she likes, you can suggest her 5 guys to choose from. Let her pick. Then you organise the logistics. That's how I've helped friends into it. Doesn't work for all, but an idea. Happy to DM / discuss it.

So many times someone has hit on my wife and almost got in her pants only to have some interuption break it up. Once it's gone it's gone.
