I am 49 yr old, busy professional I.T. guy with a middle age dad bod. average downstairs, I'm about 6 ft, around 15 stone, non smoker and social drinker, I'm a widower, lost my wife to cancer back in 2019 so also single, I'm available Most mornings for a few hours almost every weekend and most evenings. I know it's not a lot of time, but like I said, busy with a hectic work/life balance.
