I have big balls and a small cock, so I tried cb6000, holy trainer, a metal one with wire tube, so long as they had the large rings, They technically fit, but all of them mashed my balls with the tube. I finally tried a nub and bam, PERFECT fit, and I used to fill the cb6000 when I started 10 or 11 years ago, but now I can just push it inside myself, put on the nub, and my little guy just pops right in. This is true, I’ve been self-caged since May of 2024 almost daily (24/7) and I’m the same size I’ve always been.

I'm self-locked 24/7 in a Kink3D plastic (3D printed) cage.
The small penis in the cage is pierced (frenum area) and I have a stainless steel ring through the piercing. There is a second stainless ring through the first ring, and a small stainless lock through the second ring and around a cross member on the cage.
The reason I did it that way is that I use a "size 1" base ring that is the same 1.5" cage diameter. That way the cage is a "shaft only" device, so no problems with a ring on my nutsack.
So the little fella is literally shackled inside the cage. I use the Kink3D base ring with the "ears" meant for a support strap (to take the weight off of the piercing), and I also use their deluxe support strap.
There is a generous slot at the tip of the cage that allows for easy urination (while sitting).
All I do when finished urinating is to roll up a small "tampon" of tissue and stuff it into the slot in the cage. The tissue roll soaks up any urine droplets and then I pull it out and toss it in the toilet.
I don't remove the cage to use the toilet (I'm careful to keep the cage out of the "drop zone" if dumping).
Don't get upset about a couple of small urine drops in the cage or landing on underwear.
Urine is not poisonous and it's normal for a drop or two to leak out onto your shorts even with no cage at all.
I also don't remove the cage for the shower, it's super easy to clean it. I use a few drops of shampoo in a large fast food cup and fill it with warm water. Then I dunk the whole cage into the cup and give it some agitation. Then empty the cup and do a rinse cycle on it. Very easy stuff.
I see no reason to remove the cage at all. If I thought I had to keep removing the cage every day, it would not work for me at all. The only other thing I do for maintenance is put a few drops of baby oil in the cage slot a few times a day. The penis does move a little bit in the cage, the oil helps so it doesn't get stuck and not able to have the tip easily return to the tip of the cage.
I haven't been through airport security with a cage yet, but I wouldn't remove it for that either. Airport security is infringing on my privacy and freedom, I have no problem making them take me in a back room to look at it or if they see it on the backscatter scanner. I don't care. ETA: I haven't seen any rust or corrosion issues on locks. I'd say leave the cage on and use a numbered seal as you said. You can text her a photo of the seal to verify if she wants that. I would NOT use remote controlled locks!
