The Silicone ones you talked about are usually resin. Go on Amazon and you'll see there a huge verity, a lot probably being 3D printed. Cheaper only $30 and a lot come with multiple size rings for the correct fit and a choice of tube sizes.

I do agree with the weight on the metal ones is a sensation the resin ones lack but you have a verity of colors and styles you don't get with the steel.
