As a cuckold couple if we request potential buylls to wear condoms, will this put them off? My GF isnt on any kind of birth control and letting bulls cum inside her could be a risk (a hot one though..)

sure, there are women, especially older ones, that are willing to go BB with strangers but it is a risk that few healthy younger women would take. I find that many of the men that want to use my wife are bi and may have had unprotected sex with other men, so the risk is even higher than normal
