My wife is on a few match sites. However, an actual woman on a match site, will get bombarded with interest. My wife gets about 100+ requests, everyday, on each site. There is no way she can respond to all of them. So, she filters through them quickly.
When she finds a "potential", she will meet him for coffee or drinks. Quite often, I am there, discreetly sitting at the bar or in a corner somewhere. We do this for safety. She has had some first dates go bad.
