We've come across similar threads over the time we've been here. The frustration is understandable, particularly for people hoping to find many genuine couples or solos for dates, interactions and such.
The question is, this site (in our view) is much more a space for interaction among any lifestyle's enthusiasts than a meeting place. It's not an optimized tool for that. So, reality, fiction and fantasy end mixing within the same boundaries.
Furthermore, it's expected that many fake accounts or people just taking their baby steps in the lifestyle will make over the top or inconsistent posts...and that's kind of part of the internet stuff.
We have a suggestion (if it's even allowed or valid, but here it is anyway). Perhaps the developers could implement a filter on the threads or a navigation button in the Media Section that would filter only the posts and comments from verified members. Not alienating others but highlighting verified and more genuine posts. Perhaps with that, the feeling of dissatisfaction would be reduced a bit. And more people might feel compeled to engage.
And a tip for singles/solo users who want to interact more closely: if you don't have photos, if you aren't verified or at least don't have the patience to chat properly... well, your chances of having fun are minimal. Couples don't usually have much time for random masturbation on telegram.
