Hi everyone new to the site. My wife and I have had some MFM in our past and the wife is reluctant to get going again. I have some thoughts on how to get her comfort level up and get going again but it may take some time and she is veryparticular about the 3rd. It will be some work but i promise she is worth it. We are 56 & 60 and both in great physical shape.
