If you smoke …………………. there IS NO WAY TO ESCAPE HEALTHY. Forgive my sermon - but I'd hate to see anyone else go through what we've been through.

The wife was the one that used to smoke. My mom on the other hand used to be a 2 pack a dayer until she couldn’t breath anymore, started yakking up a lung and they put her on constant home O2.
