Time for baby #2

It worked out well for us because we knew my best friend fathered the first baby and he wasn't around for the second. Between #2 and #3 we actually moved to a different state, so it was an entirely new batch of baby batter in the DNA pot.

If we had not moved we probably would have simply had different guys around. It was 4 years between #2 and #3, so there would have definitely been new guys involved then too.

The two couples I helped wanted the same father for both children. The 1st and 3rd were for a lesbian couple I went to college with.
2 and 4 were friends I had known for many years. He had cancer and couldn’t impregnate his wife. I jokingly stated I would. A couple weeks later they asked if I was serious. Although we ran in the same circles, none of our friends knew I was the father until many years after the second was born.

Seems to me that HER desires would take presidence in this case..........having a baby with someone ai a HUGE decision. I also want to get pregnant by someone other than my husband, and although we have all kinds of CRAZY fantasies about how I get pregnant, the only REAL possibility is being in a longer term relationship withsomeone I have grown close to emotionally as well as sexuallyand WE make the decision on a pregnancy together. I cannot see a situation where I got pregnant by someone ONLY because hubby thought he was the best choice........just my 2 cents. J (the wife)

She had feelings for him, but understood that (in her words): "He's great in bed but I know he has other women." So we knew she was thinking about pregnancy, but wanted some exclusivity as well. That comment was huge in terms of opening up our discussions about our future.
