I have an iPhone. Does anyone have a problem where the file type is not supported for videos? I can’t seem to upload a video to get verified. I uploaded one to my media but admin doesn’t seem to respond to me. Is there any admin that can help?

There is Attach files button you should use to upload your video here
That is the button I am using. See attached screenshot. This is the error message I get any time I attempt to attach a video. And yet it works fine in our media. Any thoughts?
We’ve uploaded a verification video to our media. But can’t seem to upload the exact seem video into a thread.
It’s just weird that it won’t accept a video created on an iPhone. Like half the world uses an iPhone.
Hi admin? Is there any asssitance you can provide here? Are you able to verify us based on the video I was able to upload into our media? We can upload another if you’d like. Please let us know. Thanks
We cannot upload a video taken on our iPhone to this thread. Please see the attached error message that we keep receiving. And yet I can upload the exact same video into our media. I have reached out to admin and we have gotten no assistance. Can you please look at the last video uploaded into our media to verify us? Or explain what we can do to upload here? Any assistance would be appreciated.

Unfortunately, for now we can't fix it
The only way is to upload in the Media and leave the link in your verification thread
And the same for other videos you can't attach
Or you can convert your video in any converter and upload
