I might be a bit late to the party for this and maybe too much nerdy detail too, but have heard how these things go horribly wrong. You set the rules and vet the applicants with your bulls. Get them to sign an NDA (you can download a template online)
1. Decide whether you want to use condoms. If not, then they need to provide an STI test result within a week of the meet (two at the outside), plus ID for verification.
2. Privacy. If you're filming, then it's good form to guarantee privacy if they ask for it (knowing someone who's good with video editing software is a godsend). I know some guys will agree to anything for sex but this one can be a legal minefield later, so it's best to cover yourself.
3. List what you will and will not do, and be specific. Everyone has boundaries, even if you want to be treated badly.
4. Any sign of weirdness or funny business before or during, and drop him. It's worthwhile one or both of your bulls meeting applicants casually before the meet, that way they can pick up any strange vibes.
