Well you shouldn't "make" something happen, but "encourage" it to happen. If your wife is loyal and loves you, then just getting ...... isn't going to get her to do anything.
What is it you really WANT? If she has no idea about your fantasy, and she sleeps with another man (or men) on your vacation, then all she's done is cheat on you. So what's your actual fantasy? Do you want to be a part of this? Do you want her to finally know what YOU want?
