Two of the wife's guy friends, that she went to school/grew up with, know about it. They both live in different states, and will randomly stop by for a "visit" when they're in town visiting family.

The only other person that knows is the wife's mom. A drunken confession during an argument.
Wife's nieces know because wife openly admits it and proudly so. Now, a friend of our adult children also knows because I havebeen sharing her pics with him. I caught on that he is attracted to my wife and thus I share.
Yes. It was a bummer. All of a sudden I had guys i knew asking how they could get some wife pussy.
I told them she picked who she wanted to do it with. And none of them were mentioned.
We did eventually found another guy. He was a guy who worked for me . Younger and didn't know any of our friends.

Very few who actually know either of us, on my wife's side, only her older sister living in Ireland, no one else in her fam*ly, none of her colleagues, only her best friend from her primary school days, both, my wife & her friend are 25, *who now lives with us, has done for last five years!*

Our was super cool. Somewhere after about year he told another one of our friends. My wife was mortified. We took a short break. Than we started looking for someone else. We fazed out my friend and things actually got way better
