Interesting, my husband has talked before of moving to Texas in the San Antonio area, I think a few of his friends have relocated there and tell him how great it is. I will have to look that place up, maybe the convincing factor for me!

Yea I just looked it up, a bit pricy for me, but the idea is what I am talking about. Yes the discription sounds inviting just expensive. There is a similar place we been to in Colorado, a mountain resort, but advertised as purely lifestyle resort with parties every Friday and Saturday night and Sunday afternoon. Weekdays are free open swinging days. A fun place as well.
Sounds fun but let's face it naked in Colorado in December and January is not fun
They have a huge delightful indoor play room, the biggest I’ve ever seen, like a huge ball room, with private rooms off to the side, but plenty of options to play in main area if one is into public sex or open room sex.
