Recently moved to Canada with my parents, in 2019, have a girlfriend in my home country.
We decided to continue our relationship, and she could eventually come live with me.
Our hope was that we would meet in the summer and on winter holidays maybe, but we couldn’t make it the first summer apart and the last summer, when we had the means, COVID hit.
Hoping we will be able to travel soon.
When we just started our long distance phase, she said that she would understand if I found a play friend, I couldn’t bring myself to say the same and answered that I am not interested in anyone else. As it stands now she does have a play friend, two, in fact, I remain true to my word.
