Hello everybody

Me and my wife are married for years, now we're both in our 30s, looks like a happy married couple. Our sex life had always been pretty good, we never had any problems in bed. My wife is open for experiments but with strict limits, so I would say we always had been more classic and vanilla than tried something really extreme or "kinky". But more than a half of the year ago I started to notice that she's less active and initiative in bed. She started to refuse having sex more often than previously. Even if she always did it in a very respective and gentle way

In fact I suspect that she is cheating on me with her personal trainer. She is an active woman and spends a lot of time at the gym, keeping in shape and working out (as she says). She goes there regularly, like 4 or 5 days a week. She used to have a female personal trainer who really helped her a lot to lose some extra weight and keep in shape. But since that lady couldn't work with my wife anymore (because she was going to move to another place), she hired another one. And he is a muscular tall man in his 30s too, very good looking, I would say. I never saw him in person, only in social media. But I noticed that my wife started to act less open with me when it's about him. Like she never shows me her text chatting with him. When she had a female trainer, she liked to share some messages about diet, sport advices with me. Now she doesn't do it

I don't have much proves of her cheating but this situation really bothers me. And honestly I feel a bit arousal because of it since I've already had a cuckold fantasy. I don't know how to react and what to do in this situation. Maybe better do nothing and ignore my suspections... Well if your wife apparently will not answer questions about it, and you think she'd respond with hostility to asking her, can you get into her phone and look at messages? When she's in the shower or ...... or something. Otherwise you're going to have to follow her or find some other way to figure out what's going on.

Also, do you have location tracking on each other's phones? If you can see where she is spending time, and it's somewhere she's not supposed to be...

She became a bit paranoid recently. She doesn't let me to use her phone and she has a lock on it so it's not easy for me to get access. But I managed to use some app for the tracking of her phone and it shows that she goes back home every time after her gym training. And only in a few hours after this she goes to stores for shopping. It seems strange because there is a shopping area not far from the gym and it's much easier to visit it just after the training

Maybe I'm getting paranoid too, I don't know. But our sex life is still not perfect and I am really afraid to lose her. I don't know how to speak with her about all of this because if I say directly it will probably cause a real scandal from her. She gets emotional so easily when she feels any hints of my disbelief or suspection

She probably likes to come home and clean up to get ready for the day before she goes out. You're probably being paranoid. At this point I would say leave it alone. If she's cheating then it's not hurting anything seemingly and eventually she will slip up or you will get more creative in finding out. Statistically the majority of men who suspect their wives of cheating are wrong...and it's just the opposite for women who suspect their husbands of cheating...they're usually right...
