Yes, I think most of the comments about dominance are overstated. For most guys, the attraction is fucking another woman, not seeking any kind of dominance or one-upmanship over the husband. The feeling of "all things being right in my world" is what most guys feel when they fuck another woman or have an extra one on the side. We all get that bit of swagger. It's a good feeling.
